Here we have a Volvo alloy wheel with some isolated kerb damage , Notice how the wheel is painted silver, and not machined or chromed, I cannot repair either of these finishes.

 Without needing to remove the tyre, the damaged section is rubbed down, filled as shown here, shaped and primed.

The repair area is blended in to the original finish and the job is complete. Cost was £40.00 and completed in under 2 hours.
