The metalwork was first straightened out and the bumper realigned, the area was then smoothed over with a thin layer of filler. The latest water based paint systems were used to finish off as described on the paint repairs page.

The next example shows a Ford Ka with the rear wing and door pushed in. Again, metalwork was straightened, finished smooth with a thin layer of filler, then painted for a permanent repair.
